A partnership between Lifetime Urban Development Group and BLVD Developments, Liberty Market Lofts is a new live/work condominium project at the Liberty Village master-planned community in Toronto's west end. The seven-storey building will feature approximately 240 live/work loft spaces, with an exterior design by Wallman Architects, and interiors by Chapman Design Group. The Builder of this project Lifetime Urban Development Group and BLVD Developments, also responsible for the Victory Condos currently being sold at Spadina and King. The building is seven storeys, with suites ranging from; two-storey units of one-bedroom to two-bedroom-plus-office configurations. All of the units offer live-work designation. Square footage from 545 to 1,175 square feet. The average price per sq.ft. is $445 compared to DNA, Electra and Toy Factory coming it at almost $525, this is the investment to make. Occupancy is slated for Fall, 2011.
