WHAT ABOUT NEW CONDOS?

A new condominium development actually calls moreso for a Purchaser's Agency Relationship. First off, the building physically does not exist yet so you are left to conceptualize the finished product within its environment. There are nightmare stories of purchasers ending up with terrible views or obstructed views from their dream home that they have spend months envisioning. Seeing views and/or view orientation is not a simple process even for us industry professionals.

Reading floorplans within the context of a floor plate helping to understand proximity to garbage disposal chutes, elevators, etc. is a difficult task for many people not to mention the attitude of most developers who prefer to keep purchasers in the dark as much as possible.
