I’ve personally walked the site and met with the developer. I’ve thoroughly studied the floor plans and have selected the suites that I feel offer the most potential for my clients. The attention to detail with this development has creatively eliminated “dog” or “challenged suites” (something I’ve never seen before).

You will want to have your own Buyer’s Agent as walking into the site and Registering with them voids their agreement to underwrite 100% of my fees to represent you so DO NOT visit the sales site without me attending with you.
