Brentwood, Los Angeles

Brentwood is a prime condo area where many professionals choose to live. Many Brentwood condos are within walking distance (even for Americans who to my experience don‘t choose to walk a lot) to Brentwood Village and the shops and restaurants along San Vicente Blvd.

Brentwood real estate is very highly sought after. Much like Beverly Hills, sprawling mansions make-up a large part of Brentwood and condos are also in ample supply. The majority of the condos in Brentwood and area are only five or six stories high, which keeps the area quaint.

Brentwood is centrally located and minutes away from the 405 and 10 freeways. LAX is roughly 20 minutes away. The public and private schools in the area are all excellent and there are an abundance of churches and synagogues throughout.

Many college students call Brentwood home because of its close proximity to UCLA. These students make up a good percentage of renters in Brentwood condos. Brentwood is minutes from the beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Century City.
