Downtown Los Angeles

Downtown Los Angeles is the newest up and coming condo area in the urbanism movement sweeping many North American mega cities. Located just east from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, downtown Los Angles condos are becoming very hot!

Many luxury condos in downtown Los Angeles have existed for years in the financial district and are in walking distance to many fabulous cultural venue, the Ahmanson and Taper Theatres and the Music center to name a couple. The famed Disney Concert Hall is here as well, as is the Museum of Contemporary Art.

No shortage of high-end restaurants and trendy urban eateries. Many younger people are choosing condos in downtown LA. Professionals who work downtown also calling this area home.

Down Los Angeles real estate is also experiencing a serious facelift. A major development group out of New York are in the early stages of the Grand Avenue Project, which will erect many new luxury condos and mixed-use developments in the immediate area.

Downtown is in close proximity to all of the major freeways. Union Station is downtown, and LAX is about 20 minutes away.
