Condos in Hollywood tend more toward “the cool side of life“ . In recent years, many movie and television stars have been choosing Hollywood condos to call home. Hollywood is, of course, the movie capital of the world, and when you live in Hollywood, you live in the center of all the action. Hollywood real estate is known for it’s “hippest clubs” and the some of the “most trendy restaurants“ in L.A.. Living in a Hollywood condo, you may frequently, or it’s not uncommon to, have a film being shot right outside of your building. Hollywood also appeals to those wanting an urban environment. With cafés, eateries and shopping abounding, residents of these condos can walk their neighborhood as opposed to driving.

Hollywood is centrally located and the 10 and 405 freeways are on either side making it convenient to get around. Downtown LA. Beverly Hills is relatively close, as well. Film studio like Paramount and the Gower stages are in Hollywood, as is a host of smaller studies and casting offices.

Hollywood consists of different nighbourhoods that offer different things. Condos around the famed Sunset Blvd for example offer a completely different feel than those located toward Santa Monica Blvd.
