We’re growing again! I’m always looking for opportunities to grow simply condos.com but that takes a lot of effort as I won’t turn clients over to just anyone with a real estate license. Many of you know Linda Wheeler who handles a great deal of my Toronto through Mississauga, Oakville business and I’ve tried a few other realtors but none have proven out very well.

Representing buyers is a different type of demand and requires a different skill set. I’ve noticed over the last while, especially as Toronto chose to impose a Land Transfer Tax of it’s own, virtually doubling the Land Transfer costs on anything in the city!

I’m very happy to introduce you to Andrew McKay, a longstanding client of mine from jolly old England who emigrated here last year and earned his real estate license more for intellectual stimulation, as Andrew is a highly accomplished and successful international condo investor. As a client Andy showed me an impressive instinct for sniffing out a good deal and a certain savvy at negotiations. His focus on customer service (noticing a decided lack thereof here in Canada) certainly qualified him to work with me as my Exclusive Cottage Country Affiliate (don’t fool yourself, there are lots of sound opportunities for condos in cottage country).
