The second phase
of 676 Richmond Street West, this 12 unit loft building was completed in 1997 in the
former Decca Records warehouse. All of the lofts are multi story units. Lower lofts have a
small section below grade and a large section above (south units feature patios at grade
), upper loft units feature 3 levels and a terrace. The lofts range in size from 700 sq ft
to approx 2000 sq ft. Ceiling heights range from twelve feet to over 20 ft high. The
majority of the lofts feature hardwood floors, skylights, huge warehouse windows, multi -
level atriums, exposed steel joints and real fireplaces. There is one low condo fee for
all the units with utilities extra and no facilities. All suites have one underground
parking space.
