I remember walking through the pre-completed building with them checking the separation in the strapping behind to be dry walled areas to be sure that the distance between them was consistent. Sub contractors were held accountable for uncompromising quality workmanship. When you are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a condominium, you want to know that the developer has a commitment to their buyers .
