For years I've said that this is one
fine location for a condo. Located on the east side of Bay just north of
College St. (Phase I) this 36 floor high rise presale (launching Oct 2004) offers
impressive "Value" and "Location". The first 21 floors offer 8
foot ceiling heights with 9 foot above (there is a premium per floor). If a swimming pool (rare these days in Toronto) is important you
will want to look here. Murano also has a fully equipped exercise facility with
steam and massage room, whirlpool with a retractable roof.
