York Towers On Bayview
New York Towers on Bayview is a unique high
density site that doesn't feel "high-density" located near the corner of Bayview
Avenue and Sheppard Avenue in North York.
New York Towers on Bayview is a four-tower condominium complex
integrated with luxury urban townhomes. Phase I saw the well-received release
of "Chrysler Building West" and "Chrysler Building East" in the fall
of 1999. Shortly after, the developer released thirty-two townhomes situated
at the base of the Chrysler Towers.
In June of 2,000 the third tower "Waldorf
East" containing 230 units marked the beginning of Phase II. The Waldorf
Towers was accompanied by more of the classically designed loft-style townhomes.
Enlivening the atmosphere of Waldorf East is the resort-style
Liberty Club which boasts a European spa, exercise room, indoor pool with whirlpool,
virtual golf, a putting green, lounges, party room with kitchen, and change rooms complete
with sauna.
The Liberty Club is complemented by the lobby's library, media
room, conference centre, and billiard room. NY Towers has even allocated space
for a suite to accommodate owners' guests.
Most suites have balconies or terraces and each comes
standard with five appliances, custom designed cabinetry, ceramic tile in the kitchen and
bathroom, and broadloom throughout.
