I personally have represented them at Minto Plaza at 38 Elm St. and can tell you that I have never seen a more attentive to detail developer known for consistently delivering the highest of quality product. The Prince Arthur is no exception with its magnificent arched entry way on the western face of Yorkville Avenue. Most east facing suites offer dynamic views of Yorkville with the tower suites delivering unobstructed south views of the city scape that are hard to beat.

There are a few quality suites available and a couple of magnificent one-of-a-kind Penthouses available. The penthouses actually still offer you the opportunity of being involved in designing your own true mansion above the city.
