X Condominium also has 24 hour concierge seven days a week and two guest suites for
resident’s guests and uniquely, a superintendent suite for on-site maintenance (good
feature!).
I like this development, developer, location and product but not enough to suggest that
any consumer just walk in and buy one. There are always dog suites in every building.
There are always surrounding building plans that can materially affect views and/or
enjoyment of your suite.
