Bay
1001 Bay started out a little shaky with a couple of
entrepreneurs back in the early 80's teaming up to give development a try. After hitting
unexpected waterflows under the old Chrysler office site, amidst the condo craze of the
early 80's this project sold out in 10 days with me selling over 200 units!!! Talk about a
condo craze. Well, thanks to a conciencious board of
directors who have navigated this property to the good condition it is in today, one can
look at this development as worthy. It's got great recreational facilities including both
exercise room and gym facilities, indoor swimming pool with sauna and whirlpool, large
screen tv room, card room, squash court and ping pong area.

especially with a sunset sun hitting its heavy tinted gray and bronze glass.
