I go to tremendous lengths to make sure that I surround myself with only the best. Now that I’m setting up simplycondos.com in Florida for my investors and investor group network, I am pleased to finally be able to announce that I’m growing my client interaction team with the addition of Mr. Romey Halabi.

Halabi's real estate experience heading up a rather substantial investor group that has invested with me for ten years, combined with his in-depth financial background makes him uniquely qualified to help fill in my shoes in my absence.

This does not mean that I’m out of the picture in any way. Thanks to technology, Romey and I talk every day for a minimum half hour meeting during which we go through absolutely every client activity and continue to strategize ways to make our client’s investment experience an enjoyable one.

Romey successfully led the finance department of one of Canada’s largest advertising companies for 5 years. His background will assist any seller or buyer in making the their money work for them whether it be investment properties or a dream home.

I don’t just hand my valued clients off to anyone. Linda is still with me after almost five years and our workload has led us to expand.
