Liberty on the Park by Can Alpha I have to say that these days it would sure take alot for me to stand behind any developer, having witnessed a few discouraging things in this explosive market. But along with all the bad press we like to give to those developers that deserve it, I believe that you should give credit where credit is do. Can Alfa, not a house hold name to some like Daniels, Great Gulf or Tridel but to those who have seen the area of East Liberty really take off over the past few years, they are responsible for the creation of this infrastructure. Having built the stacked townhomes that occupy East Liberty and Western Battery, which are finished beautifully in my opinion. They also built the new shopping area with the Dominion and other conveniences. Recently I attended the release of Liberty on the Park, the third phase of condos that they are introducing (Liberty Towers and Bliss both sold out within a few months) to this neighbourhood. This 15 storey glass structure with 201 units offers some fantastic park and city views, 9 Ft ceilings, granite counter tops, under mounted sink, oh and the bathrooms...beautiful!!! What really got me was how willing the developer was to try and accommodate the first time buyer's with tailoring a deposit structure that really worked for them. Liberty on the Park, I give you 2 thumbs up !!!
