Loft
The St. Clair area is not considered a Loft area, rather it's
known as an upscale enclave forming the neucleous between the upscale residential
communities of Forest Hill, Moore Park and Rosedale. I have, however found a nice two
level, one bedroom loft in an upscale residential building (about a year old).
The unit has a nice spiral stair case and faces south on a low floor. With lofts you
seldom get to consider views as they are designed off of old warehouses and mostly are
retrofit (conversions) and do not offer amenities or views as these features did not
factor into the warehouses and factories that they evolve out of.
This building has great amenities with a 24 hour concierge, swimming pool, exercise room,
party room and a great private common area deck with barbeque pits and a great
entertainment area.
