When it comes to a presale condo in the area I'd recommend
having a look at The Carlyle. I've held off buying clients into this development as there
was a lot of uncertainty regarding whether a commercial building would in fact be such or
a rental residential building with a floating concept of number of floors that just didn't
give me the confidence that my clients would be adequately protected with respect to view.
The finishings are excellent and the nine foot ceiling heights are satisfactory (I prefer
10 foot ceilings but nine is functional). They have about a half dozen residences unsold
and the uncertainty of the building immediately in front has been clarified (it's actually
almost built).

They are calling for
2005 "Occupancy", June up to a couple weeks back and then they at least struck
that off of the signage and just say 2005.
Great location, very good building by a reputable developer. Not all
remaining suites are great ones and that is only logical. At approximately $400 per square
foot this luxury condo is certainly considered as "Good Value"!
