In this edition we
are profiling 70 Rosehill located just a couple quiet side streets south of St. Clair just
east of Yonge Street. These truly unique spacious "residences in the sky" are
consistent with the upper scale homes of Forest Hill and Rosedale. All of the units are large (it is an older building but kept up
impeccably) with excellent south views. Private elevators bring you right into your suite.

that the Bubble was about to burst to only last month have to admit there has been no
bubble, this property sells in a bidding war! Actually three different residences in the
building sold at over asking in 2004!
70 Rosehill is just one of many similar luxury residential
